What's the role?\nAre you curious by nature, love working with data, and enjoy turning insights into action?\nWe're looking for a Fruit Performance Analyst to join our Global Supply Chain team on a 6-month secondment. In this role, you'll play a key part in helping Zespri understand how our fruit performs across the supply chain by analysing quality, maturity, operational and commercial data to support smarter decision-making.\nWorking alongside the Fruit Performance & Commercial Insights Lead, you'll support fruit monitoring programmes, investigate quality and performance trends, develop reporting and dashboards, and contribute to strategic projects that help optimise fruit quality and supply chain performance. You'll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders and influence decisions that impact our global operations.\nKey Accountabilities include:\nSupporting fruit monitoring and maturity programmes through data preparation, validation and analysis. \nDeveloping and maintaining dashboards, scorecards and performance reporting. \nIdentifying trends, risks, anomalies and opportunities within fruit quality and supply chain datasets. \nProducing insights that support operational, technical and commercial decision-making. \nAssisting with predictive modelling, scenario analysis and impact assessments. \nSupporting strategic initiatives, innovation projects and business case development across the supply chain \nKo wai koe? Who are you?\nYou're an analytical thinker who enjoys solving problems, finding patterns in data and translating complex information into meaningful insights. We are looking for an individual that thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by seeing their work influence real-world outcomes.\nYou'll possess:\nA tertiary qualification in food science, horticulture, engineering, data science, statistics, commerce or a related discipline. \nExperience in data analysis, reporting, quality systems or performance analytics. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. \nAdvanced Excel capability and confidence working with large datasets. \nExperience with R, Python, Power BI, SAP, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Analysis for Office or similar analytical tools will be highly regarded. \nStrong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy. \nThe ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nExposure to horticulture, agriculture, food production or supply chain environments would be advantageous. \nHe aha e tika ai a Zespri?
