products.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nEnable sales and customer success by leading demonstrations and technical product overviews of ZestyAI’s analytics and software capabilities\nAdvise prospects on how to navigate the regulatory filing process associated with ZestyAI’s products by working and owning the relationship with our actuarial consultants\nDesign and run Pilots and PoCs end to end: sampling design, joining carrier loss data, lift and loss ratio analysis, and presenting results with clear recommendations to actuarial and underwriting leaders\nBecome the team’s expert on ZestyAI solutions, including their key differentiators versus legacy approaches and competing offerings\nManage client facing projects from conceptualization to realization within cross-functional client teams to ensure that deliverables are on time, accurate, and exceed client expectations\nDeliver insights and user feedback to ZestyAI’s Product team to build the next generation of product \nLead discovery sessions to uncover client needs and use cases, and map them back to the ZestyAI product offering through real-time problem solving\nBuild AI-assisted workflows that speed up research, analysis and deliverables, and package repeatable work so the whole team can reuse it\nWhat You Bring to the ZestyAI Team\nBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (actuarial science, statistics, economics, engineering, data science or similar)\n5+ years in P&C insurance analytics, actuarial, underwriting, product, or a vendor role serving carriers\nHands-on model validation experience: lift charts, Gini and loss ratio relativities, and explaining what they mean to a non-technical buyer\nComfortable writing SQL and Python against large datasets (BigQuery or similar)\nDaily use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or similar) for analysis, research and writing, with the judgment to check what they produce\nWorking knowledge of rate filings, class plans, and how carriers bring third-party data into rating and underwriting\nStrong communication and storytelling with data, from analysts to the C-suite\nA track record of owning client deliverables and delivering on deadline\nNice to Have:\nExperience building with AI agents or automations: multi-step workflows, prompts or reusable skills, and connecting tools to data sources\nFamiliarity with AI regulation in insurance, such as the NAIC AI Model Bulletin and Colorado SB21-169 unfair discrimination testing\nCatastrophe or climate modeling background (RMS, Verisk, KCC or similar)\nGeospatial analysis (ArcGIS, QGIS, GeoPandas, H3)\nSales engineering, pre-sales, or SaaS customer-facing experience\nExperience running or supporting vendor evaluations, ideally from the carrier side\nBI tools such as Looker, Power BI or
