For external customers, analysts partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to monitor our optimization platform, design Real-time Brand Optimization surveys, introduce humanly designed segments to boost model exploration and learning, and deliver actionable insight presentations and lead marketing strategy discussions with clients. For internal teams, they provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams on automation and model features to advance the reliability, reach, and effectiveness of programmatic campaigns.\nResponsibilities:\nClient-facing lead responsible for communication campaign strategy, reviewing campaign-based insights and providing a story-telling interpretation to provided insights\nWork with clients to understand key business challenges and design analytic and testing plans to derive actionable intelligence.\nOwn campaign performance and reporting insights while recommending opportunities for optimization (ex. running additional channels, updating current targeting strategy, pitching new analyses to help with client’s business challenges/objectives).\nReviewing performance of models across revenue, performance, and pacing.\nDesign and implement tests to evaluate model and feature performance.\nWorking with internal teams and stakeholders to determine measurement tools and products are appropriate for addressing client business challenges.\nDevelop innovative measurement tools and solutions\nConsult with clients regarding development & alignment of marketing programs across on-line channels.\nDetermine set-up, including testing methodologies, reporting requirements, and optimization modeling requirements, for ensuring full impact and efficiency of optimization efforts. Part of internal team discussions to help set up campaigns for success.\nCommunicate campaign optimization results to clients to prove value against original business goals.\n\nDesired Skills and Experience:\n2+ years of working experience in a similar role.\nExtensive experience with SQL and Excel/pivot tables.\nExperience in a digital media/Programmatic analytics role\nExperience puling & putting together audience insights reports\nExperience with VBA/Excel Macros, Tableau, Python, SAS or other data manipulation tools a plus.\nA great communicator who is able to convey complex technical features in simple terms.\nSomeone with an aptitude for media and strategy and able to contextually relay concepts to clients.\nAble to multitask and prioritize among several high-profile clients.\nHave a high degree of creativity, attention to detail, self-motivation, and drive.\nEagerness to work in a startup team environment that will be rapidly changing\nEnthusiastic team player with a penchant for collaboration and knowledge sharing.\nWillingness to do whatever it takes to get the job done.\nNerdy but loveable.\nData driven, technical, self-starting and curious.\nExcellent presentation/visualization/storytelling skills with PowerPoint.\nExcellent diagnostic skills.\nTechnical acumen to understand how to design campaigns that optimize the use of our tech platform.\nProfessional oral and written communication skills.\nClient facing experience.\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Marketing or equivalent experience.\nCompany Summary \nZeta Global is a data-powered marketing technology company with a heritage of innovation and industry leadership.
