About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Product team focused on building a cutting-edge MarTech product. You will own one of the product areas as an individual contributor while actively shaping the overall roadmap and delivering impactful customer experiences.
This is a hybrid role based out of our NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Drive day-to-day product execution, ensuring timely delivery of features.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to build high-quality solutions.
- Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap planning, aligning with business objectives.
- Define clear requirements, user stories, and success metrics for new features.
- Use data and KPIs to measure product performance and inform prioritization.
- Align product initiatives with business goals through stakeholder collaboration.
- Identify and mitigate risks in product delivery.
- Support go-to-market activities with marketing and sales teams.
- Drive post-launch evaluations and iterate based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Provide mentorship to junior product managers or associates when needed.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager, preferably in SaaS or MarTech.
- Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and customer-centric approach.
- Comfort using AI tools (e.g. for analysis, research, documentation, or ideation) as part of everyday product work.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in MarTech or B2B SaaS products.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product development best practices.
- Experience conceptualising, shipping, or enhancing AI-powered product features (e.g. recommendations, automation, insights, or assistive workflows).

SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this role is $160,000 - $180,000, depending on location and experience.
