Attention to detail, combined with a strong working knowledge of design-related applications, is essential.\n\nEssential Responsibilities:\nContribute to the development of creative concepts, translating them into visual and interactive form\nMatch strategic direction with appropriate design results for the digital and web-based marketing initiatives while providing quality assurance on creative deliverables\nFamiliarity with designing for multiple formats such as email, display, social, web and mobile responsive/cross-platform\nExhibit an awareness of current web design practices and issues of cross-browser compatibility\nBuild and maintain a team rapport with production managers, content developers and all other Creative and Campaign Operations team personnel\nEssential Competencies:\nExcellent communication skills and fluent in English (both written and verbal)\nAbility to take creative direction and produce highly engaging designs that show a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced team environment\nExcellent graphic design, layout and typography skills with strong, clean visuals\nProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite programs (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, XD)\nFamiliarity and prior experience working with Figma and Sketch\nKnowledge of front-end development experience such as HTML/CSS is a plus\nGrasp of AI applications and UI/UX design processes or methodology, preferred\nExperience with photo-retouching and logo design and illustration\nStrong design portfolio (please provide link with resume)\n\nDesired Characteristics:\nBachelor’s degree in design or a related field\n5+ years of relevant design experience in a digital agency, media company, advertising agency, production studio, creative services environment, etc.\nStrong collaboration, time management and multi-tasking skills\nExperience in a fast-paced service environment\nComfortable with abbreviated development cycles and flexible with shifting priorities\nCompany Summary:\nZeta Global is a NYSE listed data-powered marketing technology company with a heritage of innovation and industry leadership.
