This is a high-ownership position where you define how an AI-first team builds, validates, and ships production software. \nKey Responsibilities:\nBuild Quality as a SystemTurn quality into developer behavior, not a downstream gate\nDesign automated testing systems that act as guardrails\nDefine and enforce what “production-ready” means through systems\nEnable teams to anticipate edge cases, failures, and data issues early\nEliminate “hope-driven” releases\n\nDefine What’s Buildable Partner with Product and Sales to validate ideas early\nAssess feasibility, data requirements, trade-offs, and cost\nTranslate ambiguity into clear, executable plans\nShape viable ideas and stop unworkable ones early\n\nOwn the Data RealityMap how data actually flows across systems and integrations\nIdentify gaps, inconsistencies, and reliability issues \nEnsure features are grounded in real, usable data\nNavigate internal and third-party data ecosystems confidently\n\n Bring Domain ExpertiseApply knowledge of MarTech / AdTech (identity, activation, measurement)\nOperate within healthcare data constraints and compliance requirements\nEnsure solutions are technically sound and market-relevant\n\nDrive Delivery End-to-EndOwn delivery for AI-first engineering teams\nBreak down work into clear, actionable steps\nMaintain predictable delivery without slowing velocity\nProactively identify risks and adjust early\nAlign Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.\n\nRedefine QA for AI SystemsDevelop testing strategies for AI-generated, non-deterministic systems\nValidate outputs and behavior, not just code\nBuild evaluation frameworks for AI reliability and accuracy\nEnsure AI accelerates development without compromising quality\n\nWhat You Need to Succeed\n Strong systems thinking across quality, data, and delivery\nAbility to move from data models → requirements → test strategy → delivery plan\nExperience improving engineering quality without becoming a bottleneck\nConfidence pushing back on unclear or unviable ideas\nFocus on production outcomes, not just releases\nCore Experience:\nBackground in Quality Engineering, SDET, or technical delivery leadership \nHands-on experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines\nStrong SQL skills and ability to work with complex data systems\nExperience with AI-assisted development or ML/LLM-based systems\nNice to Have\nExperience in MarTech / AdTech ecosystems\nFamiliarity with healthcare data, compliance, and constraints\nExposure to building or testing AI-first or non-deterministic systems at scale\nCompany Summary\nZeta Global is a data-powered marketing technology company with a heritage of innovation and industry leadership.
