You can also explore our website and follow us on LinkedIn, Instagram,YouTube, and X.\nAbout the role\nZeta is looking to hire an experienced and skilled Executive Assistant to work for our CEO and founder Mr. Bhavin Turakhia.\nResponsibilties\nManaging routine emails and correspondence with vendors and clients within India and Internationally.\n\nThe role requires working in rotational shifts across different time zones, including night shifts and rotational weekends, as required. This is a 5-day working role and involves working as part of a team of EAs.\n\nThe role requires flexibility to travel domestically and internationally as and when required.\n\nTravel Plan, book, and manage complex international travel itineraries (flights, accommodation, ground transportation, etc.)\n\nPrepare detailed travel itineraries for executives, including meeting schedules, travel times, and contingency plans.\n\nCoordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences all across the world etc.\n\nManage travel arrangements for the CEO (including but not limited to visa arrangements, ticket bookings, cab arrangements, hotel bookings etc.)\n\nManaging phone calls, routine emails and correspondence with vendors and clients within India and Internationally.\n\nMaintain strong follow-up systems for timely completion of projects/assignments and keep the CEO updated on any developments, status reports related to ongoing projects and share follow-ups and follow-throughs with internal and external teams.\n\nWork on ad hoc research projects and ensure timely completion with 100% accuracy and eye for detailing.\n\nShould be high on integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in day-to-day operations.\n\nOrganizing and servicing meetings, social gatherings, and events.\n\nProject management skills coupled with sound knowledge of multiple time zones, Microsoft suite and G suite.\n\nRemain up-to-date with the latest trends and events in the industry.\n\nCreating Presentations, summary reports, and budgets as and when required by the CEO.\n\nSkills\nStrong conceptual thinker with strong analytical skills and logical thinking\n\nImmaculate written and oral communication skills with the ability to take ownership of one's work.\n\nProcess-oriented: Demonstrable commitment to following processes, documentation etc.\n\nProficient at using the Internet, and demonstrable technical aptitude/inclination.\n\nProactive with a go-getter attitude\n\nTeam player with collaboration skills\n\nHighly organized and multitasker\n\nExperience and Qualification\nProficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office is a must.\n\nExperience working closely with and managing communications and coordination for C-suite executives and senior leadership.\nTeam player with excellent interpersonal and coordination skills.\n\nOpen to travel as and when required.\n\nWillingness to work in rotational shifts across different time zones, including weekends, as required.\nShould be comfortable working on rotational weekends (5-day working role) when required.\n\nBachelor’s degree (master’s degree will be preferred).\n\n2-8 years of relevant work experience preferably having worked in MNC’s and having exposure to multiple cultures and US time
