Representative expectations for IT Security Engineer:\nRequired:\n Practical experience (4+ years) with IT admin (e.g. Linux, Ubiquiti)\n Hands-on experience with networking (e.g. hubs/routers, firewalls)\n Proficiency in network security (e.g. iptables, OpenVPN, Wireguard)\nFamiliarity with modern orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)\n Demonstrated capability to design and deploy scalable IT solutions\n Effective communication with stakeholders and team members\n Active U.S. security clearance\nDesired:\nServed as an ISSM or similar security management role\nKnowledge of NIST, RMF, and other compliance frameworks \nExperience with storage solutions (e.g. SAN, NAS, cloud storage)\n Experience with configuration management tools (e.g. Ansible)\n Knowledge of IT monitoring and logging (e.g. Splunk, Nagios)\n Exposure to database administration (e.g. PostgreSQL, MSSQL)\n Familiarity with scripting for automation (e.g. Python, PowerShell)\n Certifications in relevant IT domains (e.g. CCNA, MCSE, AWS)\nExperience implementing non-trivial Zero Trust architectures\n Successfully led IT projects and cross-functional teams\n Understanding of ITIL or other IT service management methodologies\nPositions available in Arlington, VA and State College, PA.\n\nZetier is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
