Responsibilities include managing multi-year OCO/DCO programs with geographically distributed subcontractors, providing strategic leadership and oversight to cross-functional teams, leading customer interactions and briefings, overseeing program financials, and ensuring compliance with contract requirements and regulatory standards..\nRequired:\n10+ years of DoD/IC program management experience\nProven track record managing prime contracts and subcontracts\nProficiency with sensitive customer discussions and negotiations\nExperience managing contract deliverables and financial projections\nFamiliarity with FAR/DFAR compliance (e.g. Reps & Certs)\nExperience managing cross-functional internal and external teams.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nActive U.S. security clearance\nDesired:\nTechnical background in DoD/IC engineering or program management\nExperience in cybersecurity and/or intelligence operations\nInsights to procurement processes (e.g. BAAs, RFIs, RFPs)\nBackground in CPFF, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials\nExperience leading prime proposal and whitepaper writing efforts\nEstablished network of industry contacts and relationships\nFamiliarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, RMF, STIG)\nExperience with Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs)\nPMP or equivalent certification\nPrimary office and classified systems in Arlington, VA.
