What matters more is that you are organized, responsible, comfortable communicating with people, and willing to learn.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nProject CoordinationCoordinate project schedules, tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups\nPrepare meeting notes, project updates, documentation, and reports\nFollow up with developers, clients, and internal teams on outstanding items\nTrack project milestones and highlight potential delays or issues\nAssist with requirements gathering and documenting client workflows\nCoordinate system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), implementation, and project handover\n\nClient & Software SupportYou will also help support customers who are using our software.\nThis may include:\nResponding to customer enquiries and support requests\nUnderstanding and documenting issues reported by users\nGuiding customers on system features and usage\nPerforming basic troubleshooting and checking reported issues\nCoordinating with technical teams when further investigation is required\nFollowing up with customers until issues are resolved\nMaintaining proper records of support cases and solutions\nIdentifying recurring issues or common questions that can be improved through documentation or system enhancements\n\nYou are not expected to solve complex programming issues yourself.
