community engagement.\nThis role is ideal for students interested in AI startups, growth strategy, developer platforms, or data-driven product growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nHelp design and execute user acquisition campaigns to attract new developers and AI teams\n\nAssist with user onboarding and activation programs\n\nSupport user engagement and retention initiatives, including referral programs and community activities\n\nAnalyze growth metrics such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and engagement\n\nBuild simple reports or dashboards to track growth performance\n\nWork with product and engineering teams to improve onboarding and user experience\n\nCollect feedback from developers and identify opportunities to improve the platform\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields.\n\nStrong interest in AI, startups, or developer platforms\n\nAnalytical mindset and ability to work with data\n\nComfortable using Excel, Google Sheets, or analytics tools\n\nStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally\n\nNice to Have\nExperience with growth, marketing, or community operations\n\nFamiliarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.)\n\nBasic knowledge of SQL, Python, or data analysis\n\nInterest in AI infrastructure, GPUs, or cloud platforms\n\nWhy Join Us\nWork closely with engineers and
