We need builders who can move fast across boundaries.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn features end-to-end - from scoping the problem with users, to writing frontend and backend code, to deploying and monitoring in production\n\nBuild fast, polished interfaces in Vue, Next.js, or React\n\nDesign and build backend services in Go\n\nOwn and operate Kubernetes infrastructure - deployments, scaling, monitoring, troubleshooting\n\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code\n\nAdminister and harden Linux systems; own networking end-to-end (DNS, firewalls, load balancers, ingress, VPNs)\n\nSet up monitoring, alerting, and runbooks. Run incident response and post-mortems\n\nDogfood our product relentlessly. Use it daily, break it on purpose, file detailed bugs, push the team to ship better software\n\nAutomate everything. If you're doing it manually more than once, script it\n\nOperate cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure)\n\nUse AI dev tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, etc.) to move faster and ship more\n\nYou'll Thrive Here If You\n0-2 years of experience - new grads welcome, what matters is what you can do\n\nStrong in at least one of: frontend (JavaScript/TypeScript, Vue/React/Next.js), backend (Go, service design, APIs), or infrastructure (Linux, Kubernetes, networking)\n\nComfortable working across the stack - you don't need to be an expert in everything, but you're not afraid to jump in\n\nTesting mindset - you enjoy breaking things and making sure code works\n\nProduct instincts - you think about the user first and notice when something feels off\n\nHigh agency - when something is broken, you fix it; when something is missing, you build it\n\nShip fast, iterate, communicate clearly\n\nComfortable with ambiguity. Requirements change. Priorities shift. You thrive in that\n\nBonus Points\nFluent in Chinese (Mandarin) - strong bonus\n\nDeeper Kubernetes experience - RBAC, networking policies, operating clusters in production\n\nTerraform, Pulumi, or other IaC tools\n\nObservability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK)\n\nService meshes, gRPC, or message queues (Kafka, NATS, RabbitMQ)\n\nDesign sensibility - Figma to pixel-perfect, or skip Figma entirely\n\nFamiliarity with AI/ML tools and integrating LLMs into products\n\nBare metal or on-prem experience\n\nSecurity hardening or pen-testing background\n\nContributions to open source or notable side projects\n\nA homelab you can tell us about in unreasonable detail\n\nDon't meet every requirement?
