iSupplier modules.\nAnalyze and resolve medium to complex functional issues reported by users or L1 support.\nPerform technical troubleshooting of functional issues and understand interfaces into AP and Cash Management.\nPerform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring and non-recurring issues and support permanent fixes.\nResolve functional break-fix incidents through permanent fixes or suitable workarounds.\nHandle and resolve production data integrity issues in Oracle EBS.\nManage and follow up on Oracle SRs, patches, and product issues through resolution.\nSupport month-end/month-close activities and resolve critical operational issues.\nPerform smoke testing following planned or unplanned system outages.\nMonitor integrations for data leakage, interface failures, and error handling.\nSupport P2P processes, including procurement, invoice matching, vendor management, AP accounting, and payments.\nTroubleshoot issues related to vendor invoices, payment processing, accounting, and financial transactions.\nProvide technical and functional support for AP and Cash Management interfaces.\nConduct error detection, correction, and RCA for production issues.\nProvide training and functional guidance to power users.\nSupport new enhancements and projects through knowledge transition from product teams.\nIdentify opportunities to automate SOP-driven support activities.\nCollaborate with functional, technical, business, and L1/L3 teams to resolve issues effectively.\nProvide 24/7 support through in-person or Zoom for priority/critical operational issues and month-close activities.\nMaintain proper documentation, SOPs, issue records, and support governance.\nWho Can Apply\n 10–12 years of strong experience in Oracle EBS R12 Functional Support.\n Strong hands-on experience in AP, Procurement, Payments, Cash Management, and iSupplier.\n Strong knowledge of the P2P cycle.\n Strong experience in invoice matching, vendor management, payment lifecycle, and AP Accounting.\n Strong understanding of financial process flows and accounting impacts.\n Experience in L2 production support and functional troubleshooting.\n Strong experience in RCA, break-fix resolution, and production data issue handling.\n Experience supporting month-end/month-close activities.\n Experience with Oracle SRs, patches, and production issues.\n Understanding
