opportunity is followed through with accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.\nWhat you’ll do\nCoordinate daily sales activities and support the Sales team in ongoing projects\nAssist in preparing proposals, contracts, and presentations for clients and partners\nMaintain and update client databases, contracts, and sales records\nCommunicate with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients\nSupport the organization of sales trips, meetings, and industry events\nMonitor and follow up on leads and ongoing business opportunities\nCollaborate with internal departments support roles (preferred) \nHas knowledge and hands-on experience with OTA platforms (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) \nIs familiar with Protel PMS\nHas excellent organizational and time-management skills\nDemonstrates strong communication skills and attention to detail\nIs proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented\nIs fluent in English (additional languages will be considered a plus)\nIs
