This role will manage day-to-day\naccounting operations across multiple subsidiaries with emphasis on executing\nand providing oversight for revenue recognition, process automation, and AI\nstrategy, ensuring changes are made in a controlled manner and delivering\nbest-in-class accounting support.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and execute revenuerecognition activities across Zeus, including percentage-of-completion\n(POC) accounting for project-based work and leased equipment accounting.\n\nOversee system-driven andmanual month-end revenue close processes, drive improvements in speed,\naccuracy, and automation.\n\nOwn interim POC accountingprocesses for new acquisitions and support M&A accounting and\nintegration tasks.\n\nPartner with regional/hubcontrollers and operations on job costing, project setup, billing, change\norders, and balance-of-contract billing/cancellations.\n\nReview and approve new productand significant project setups (including intercompany and revenue-sharing\nstructures).\n\nDevelop and maintain revenuerecognition policies and procedures as product offerings and systems\nevolve; prepare ASC 606 disclosures and related financial statement\nreporting.\n\nManage general ledgeraccounting, month-end close, and consolidated financial statement\npreparation across multiple subsidiaries; ensure US GAAP compliance.\n\nOversee key financial processesand internal controls governing cash management, AR/AP, inventory,\naccruals, project reporting, and deferred revenue.\n\nMonitor and drive action basedon daily operational metrics that impact financial results and revenue\nrecognition.\n\nManage interactions withexternal auditors on revenue accounting and related matters, support\nannual audits, tax filings, and other accounting projects.\n\nSupervise, mentor, and developaccounting staff; foster a best-in-class accounting function.\n\nDrive adoption of processautomation and AI tools to eliminate manual work, improve auditability,\nand increase team capacity.\n\nPerform other Controllerfunctions as required.\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree inaccounting, finance, or related field required.
