skills needed for fire and alarm technician\npositions. \n\nProvideregular updates on recruitment progress, share market insights, and offer\nrecommendations to optimize the hiring process. \n\nEnsurea positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from\ninitial contact to onboarding. \n\nEstablishand maintain relationships with industry professionals, educational\ninstitutions, and relevant organizations to expand the network of\npotential candidates. \n\nStayinformed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor\nactivities to make data-driven decisions and remain competitive in\nattracting top talent. \n\nQualifications\n3+ years of full life-cyclerecruitment experience with strong ability for developing and implementing\nsourcing strategies across various markets. \n\nExperience in a fast-paced,growth organization. \n\nProven experience as aRecruiter, preferably in the fire protection and security industry. \n\nStrong networking skills andthe ability to build relationships with industry professionals. \n\nExcellent communication andinterpersonal skills. \n\nDemonstrated ability to workin a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets. \n\nProficient in usingrecruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). \n\nWork Requirements\nProlonged periods of sittingat a desk and
