POSITION SUMMARY

The Regional Sales Leader is responsible for supporting organic revenue growth across assigned Zeus hubs by serving as a strategic advisor and resource to Hub Presidents and local sales leaders. The role provides regional sales expertise, business insights, and strategic support to improve sales performance, strengthen sales leadership, and unlock growth opportunities.

Operating within Zeus’s decentralized model, the Regional Sales Leader partners with Hub Presidents to identify growth opportunities, assess sales performance, strengthen sales talent, and support strategic initiatives. Hub Presidents retain authority and accountability for their local sales organizations, customers, and business performance. The Regional Sales Leader provides expertise, coaching, and recommendations to support hub objectives without assuming direct authority over local sales teams or business decisions.

The role focuses on improving regional sales performance, developing high-performing sales leaders, and identifying scalable practices that can strengthen organic growth across Zeus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Growth Strategy

  • Partner with Hub Presidents to identify and prioritize opportunities for organic revenue growth, including RMR, new business, customer retention, cross-sell/upsell, pricing, and Core Four offerings.
  • Provide regional market and customer insights to inform hub growth strategies and business priorities.
  • Support the development of strategic growth plans and initiatives aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitable growth across the region.

Sales Performance & Business Insights

  • Advise and coach local sales leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, sales capabilities, and team performance.
  • Partner with Hub Presidents and HR to assess sales talent, support recruiting, and develop succession plans.
  • Identify capability gaps and recommend strategies to strengthen sales organizations.
  • Support the development of high-performing sales teams across the region.

Sales Leadership & Talent

  • Advise and coach local sales leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness, sales capabilities, and team performance.
  • Partner with Hub Presidents and HR to assess sales talent, support recruiting, and develop succession plans.
  • Identify capability gaps and recommend strategies to strengthen sales organizations.
  • · Support the development of high-performing sales teams across the region.

Scalable Sales Execution

  • Identify and share sales processes, tools, and best practices that improve sales effectiveness and can be replicated across hubs.
  • Support improvements in pipeline management, forecasting, account strategy, pricing, and sales discipline.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Marketing, and OGT to align sales initiatives with operational capacity and business objectives.
  • · Lead or support strategic regional initiatives, including new offerings, cross-sell programs, and acquisition integration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive sales leadership or business development experience.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving organic revenue growth across multiple locations or markets.
  • Experience in fire, security, field services, or another operationally complex service environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of service and installation operations.
  • Strong understanding of RMR, service sales, customer retention, cross-sell/upsell, pricing, and profitable growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions.
  • Strong financial and analytical capabilities, including understanding of revenue, productivity, utilization, and margin drivers.
  • Experience advising and developing sales leaders in a decentralized organization.
  • Ability to influence and support Hub Presidents and local sales leaders without direct authority.
  • Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a multi-location environment.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, integrations, or high-growth organizations preferred.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work directly within assigned hubs.
  • Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, with flexibility required to support business needs, including occasional evenings or weekends.

  • Occasional travel may be required (up to 50%) to support operational initiatives.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and navigate job site environments for extended periods.
