Job description: We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Junior Full-Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in Node.js, React/Next.js, and MongoDB. Must have a solid grasp of modern web development practices and excellent problem-solving skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using React/Next.js on the frontend and Node.js/Express.js on the backend. Implement and manage robust APIs and microservices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security. Work extensively with MongoDB (preferred) and PostgreSQL for designing efficient data models and queries. Integrate and manage payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) within backend systems. Create and maintain technical documentation for APIs and process flows. Manage version control using Git/GitHub, follow branching strategies, and resolve merge conflicts effectively. Take ownership of tasks, demonstrate strong logical and analytical thinking, and proactively suggest improvements.
