The business unit is planned for divestiture, creating a unique opportunity to help shape the future of next-generation driver assistance and high-performance computing technologies.\nWhat you can look forward to as an Account Manager:\nManage assigned OEM and key customer accounts to achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets\nSupport the acquisition of new programs and ensure successful execution of business growth plans\nServe as the primary commercial contact for customers and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Purchasing, Engineering, Program Management, and Quality functions\nLead commercial negotiations including pricing, quotations, contracts, and annual cost discussions\nCoordinate and resolve customer-related issues, including account receivables, delivery, quality concerns, and commercial matters\nMonitor customer developments, market trends, and competitive activities, and provide regular business updates and forecasts\nMaintain and expand customer business portfolios by identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support program launches and ongoing customer requirements\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction and support continuous improvement initiatives\nYour Profile as an Account Manager:\nBachelor's degree or above in Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or related commercial roles within the automotive industry\nProven experience managing OEM customer accounts and supporting vehicle development programs\nCandidates with experience in intelligent cockpit, autonomous driving, ADAS, automotive electronics, software, or connectivity solutions are highly preferred\nStrong customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills\nExtensive experience in commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and business development activities\nStrong business acumen with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously\nExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken\nAble to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced international environment.
