The team collaborates with engineering, product management, and logistics to introduce new products and enhance existing ones, ensuring compliance with industry standards and fostering a positive work environment.\nThe position can report out of our North Mankato, MN, Northville, MI or Vernon Hills, IL location.\nWhat you can look forward to as Account Manager:\nDefend and grow business with assigned customers in North America\nEnsure customer satisfaction in products, price, quality, service, and technology\nBuild connections with customer engineering teams and decision-makers\nManage customer relationships through virtual and in-person meetings (25%-50% travel)\nSupport quality and logistics discussions\nWork on new RFQs and ensure timely delivery of offers\nCollaborate with ZF functions to deliver on-time responses\nSolve technical and commercial issues, coordinating internal resources\nSupport operational planning and manage price lists and adjustments\nEnsure KPIs are under control and identify new market opportunities\nNo direct reports\nYour profile as Account Manager\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; Master’s preferred\n7+ years of experience in Sales Management (B2B; preferably Tier 1 suppliers)\nExperience in complex/matrix organizations\nTechnical knowledge of complex engineering products\nProactive, assertive, and good communication skills\nAbility to lead cross-functional teams\nWillingness to travel in North America (and sometimes overseas)\nProficient in MS Office and SAP\nDemonstrated integrity and commitment to continuous improvement\nFluent in English\nThe expected base compensation for this role is $103,800 to $125,000 annually.
