and coordinate product development activities according to customer requirements.\nPlan, manage and track technical deliverables across global cross-functional engineering teams.\nServe as the primary technical interface between customers, local teams and global stakeholders.\nLead technical discussions, negotiations and alignment meetings with customers and partners.\nIdentify, evaluate and mitigate technical, quality and schedule-related project risks.\nCoordinate engineering work packages and ensure timely project execution.\nDrive issue resolution and technical decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.\nTake ownership of local project leadership responsibilities to support successful project delivery.\nYour Profile as Application Engineer:\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering or a related technical field.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in automotive engineering, embedded systems or software development.\nExperience in automotive project management and cross-functional project coordination.\nGood understanding of vehicle communication networks such as CAN and CAN-FD.\nKnowledge of embedded systems engineering and automotive development processes.\nBusiness-level communication skills in both Japanese and English.\nStrong ownership, teamwork and stakeholder management
