About the team
Reporting to the Head of Business Line PC Aftermarket Asia-Pacific, this incumbent is responsible for driving portfolio growth, profitability, and market competitiveness across Thailand & Malaysia. The role acts as the key link between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, translating market needs into profitable portfolio opportunities, leading pricing strategies, and executing regional portfolio plans aligned with global objectives.

- Manage portfolio performance, including sales, margin, volume, mix, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
- Develop and execute regional portfolio strategies aligned with global business goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and drive portfolio expansion initiatives.
- Gather customer and market insights to define product requirements and positioning.
- Partner with sales teams to establish growth plans and support key customer opportunities.
- Lead pricing strategy, including new product pricing, annual adjustments, and promotional activities.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and recommend actions to strengthen market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful portfolio planning and execution.
- Support aftermarket requirements in project development and customer quotation processes.
- Act as the portfolio expert for customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure product information and regional catalog data are maintained accurately.
Your Profile as Category Manager, PC ASEAN:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 to 7 years of experience in product, category, or project management.
- Automotive aftermarket industry experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP and Salesforce are an advantage.
- Business-fluent English, both written and spoken preferred.
