safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity.\nAssist in the implementation and sustainment of Lean Manufacturing and ZF Production System (ZFPS) initiatives.\nParticipate in process analysis activities to identify waste and improvement opportunities.\nSupport the development and update of Standard Work, Visual Management, and Continuous Improvement documentation.\nAssist in organizing and facilitating Kaizen workshops, 5S audits, and improvement events.\nCollect, analyze, and report operational performance data and KPIs.\nSupport value stream mapping and process optimization projects.\nFollow up on action plans resulting from audits, workshops, and improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with Production, Quality, Logistics, and Engineering teams to drive operational excellence.\nAssist in preparing presentations, reports, and training materials related to continuous improvement activities.\nYour Profile as a Continuous Improvement Intern\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.\nUniversity insurance or medical insurance.\nAdvanced English proficiency.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).\nStrong analytical and organizational skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment.\nKnowledge of Power BI is a plus.\nContinuous improvement mindset and
