We are hiring a Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team in Monterrey. What you can expect as a Continuous Improvement Intern: Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity. Assist in the implementation and sustainment of Lean Manufacturing and ZF Production System (ZFPS) initiatives. Participate in process analysis activities to identify waste and improvement opportunities. Support the development and update of Standard Work, Visual Management, and Continuous Improvement documentation. Assist in organizing and facilitating Kaizen workshops, 5S audits, and improvement events. Collect, analyze, and report operational performance data
