[Korea]\nJob Description\nYour tasks:\nWork self-responsibly in a tandem with Sales to lead and coordinate customer requirements between ZF TSO, Engineering Product Groups and customers on a global basis, in an international environment.\nClarify platform-based technical project topics through the development process.\nCoordinate the ongoing development projects as a speaker for ZF engineering to the customer.\nNegotiate cross-project technical content, specifications and standards and prepare them for completion.\nEfficiently manage processes between the customer's development and ZF\nLead a team of project engineers during the acquisition of bundled components in platform projects.\nProactively coordinate the technical issues within the framework of the project acquisition\nManage technical issues with active reporting regarding the development status to the management.\nIdentify and promote ZF innovations towards the customers in order to prepare future business.\nKeep the overview for ZF about linked issues between different projects and plants.\nOrganize and present customer meetings.\nBuild a good and stable customer relationship as first contact for all engineering issues.\nLead the team in the preparation of customer presentations.\nOrganize regular status meetings with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and strategic coordination in alignment with the relevant management levels at customer and ZF engineering.\nRead the market trend collecting customer pain points from technical perspective and support customer specific promotion strategy set up
