The team acts as a strategic business partner throughout the project lifecycle, supporting profitability, cost optimization, and financial decision-making. Together, you will drive transparency, identify risks and opportunities, and contribute to sustainable business growth in a dynamic international environment.\nWhat you can look forward to as ER Project Controller:\nAct as the commercial business partner for project teams and steer financial project performance throughout the project lifecycle.\nPrepare and execute product and project profitability calculations while aligning results with relevant stakeholders.\nCollect, monitor, and validate input data for profitability calculations, including information from internal suppliers.\nPerform deviation analyses and support cost workshops as well as customer negotiations.\nConduct feasibility studies and economic evaluations to support strategic project decisions.\nProvide commercial guidance for engineering changes and change management processes.\nDrive proactive cost controlling activities to ensure target profitability is achieved.\nCollaborate closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions.\nYour Profile as ER Project Controller:\nSuccessfully completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, or a comparable field.\nProfessional experience in Finance or Controlling within a manufacturing environment.\nExperience working in an international or multinational company is an advantage.\nStrong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex financial and operational data.\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.\nGood knowledge of SAP and/or TcPCM is considered a plus.\nFluent English skills;
