If you enjoy analytical work, driving efficiencies, and partnering with stakeholders-this role is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic, evolving team.\nWhat you can look forward to as Reporting & Data Specialist:\nRetrieving data and executing transactional tasks with focus on standard reporting, customer profitability and product costing,\nResponsible for coordination and execution of key financial processes including SP, OP, forecast and similar processes in cooperation with the plant process controlling team at other ZF locations,\nPlans cost centers and checks plausibility of machine and labor hourly rates,\nAnalyzes planned deviations of key financial figures and initiates countermeasures,\nPrepares ad hoc analyses, generates and consolidates reports and presentations,\nPropose and actively implement measures to improve business operations and internal instructions and procedures,\nPrepares and updates all necessary records and reports as instructed by the direct supervisor, in the required content and format.\nYour profile as Reporting & Data Specialist:\nUniversity degree preferred or alternatively education in Finance / Controlling / Business Administration,\nExperience in a similar role, in an international environment, preferably in automotive industry,\nFamiliar with: Powers Apps, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud; advanced MS Excel skills,\nAbility to work under pressure to strict deadlines,\nA high level of numerical and analytical skills,\nProblem identification skills,\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian;
