Working within a manufacturing environment, the HR team supports recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, training and development, compliance, and employee relations initiatives that contribute to organizational success. The position is based in North Mankato, Minnesota.\nWhat You Can Look Forward to as Human Resources Intern:\nAssist with recruiting activities, including interview scheduling and applicant tracking.\nSupport onboarding processes and new hire orientation activities.\nMaintain employee records and HR documentation while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.\nAssist with employee engagement, recognition, and communication programs.\nCoordinate training activities and maintain training records.\nSupport HR reporting, audits, and compliance-related initiatives.\nParticipate in HR projects and continuous improvement efforts.\nGain exposure to multiple HR disciplines within a manufacturing organization.\nCollaborate with employees, supervisors, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.\nPerform additional duties and assignments as needed to support the Human Resources function.\nYour Profile as Human Resources Intern:\nCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, or a related field.\nStrong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nDemonstrated professionalism and a willingness to learn.\nAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.\nPrevious internship, administrative, customer service, or office experience is preferred but not required.\nWhat We Offer:\n401k Plan\nHealth Care Benefits \nPaid Sick Time (ESST)\nA supportive collaborative team environment\nA strong diverse culture\nSupportive Employee Groups and community outreach activities\nThe expected base compensation for this role is $18.00 - $22.50 hourly.
