This is a collaborative environment that offers opportunities to contribute to global projects and innovative manufacturing technologies.\nWhat you can look forward to as IT Analyst - Production Systems:\nProvide Tier 1 support for Strategic and Tolerated MES/SCADA applications, ensuring timely incident resolution and compliance with agreed SLAs.\nParticipate in MES/SCADA deployment projects, including application implementation and production line integration activities.\nSupport change and release management processes for MES/SCADA applications to ensure stable and reliable operations.\nWork closely with PLC and Controls teams to implement and maintain manufacturing execution and supervisory control systems.Collaborate with IT Launch, Service, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams during MES/SCADA implementations and enhancement initiatives.\n\nAnalyze, document, and support the approval of system changes and releases in coordination with functional teams.\nDevelop and implement system improvements and solutions that support manufacturing performance and operational excellence.\nPartner with internal and external IT professionals on technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement activities.\nYour Profile as IT Analyst -
