This role plays a key part in bridging global IT standards with local business needs.\n\n What you can look forward to as IT Infrastructure Engineer: Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including servers, storage, backup, and data center operations at Johor Bahru plant and PTP Warehouse\nProvide support for local network and Wi-Fi infrastructure, including installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management\nEnsure implementation of IT security standards, system patching, monitoring, and issue remediation\nSupport workplace IT services, including end-user devices, printing, telephony, and conference room technologies\nAct as a Digital Advisor to promote and implement IT solutions that support business digitalization and production efficiency\nCoordinate and support global and local IT projects, system rollouts, and process improvements\nEngage in audits (e.g. TISAX, ISO, ITAF) and ensure compliance with corporate IT and security requirements\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams in Asia to provide IT support and knowledge sharing\n\n Your Profile as IT Infrastructure Engineer: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure or related roles, preferably in the automotive industry\nStrong technical knowledge in areas such as servers, networks, data center operations, and end-user computing\nFamiliarity with IT standards, audits, and frameworks such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 is an advantage\nExcellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive working attitude\nAbility to manage multiple tasks, coordinate projects, and deliver results within deadlines\nExperience working in an international and cross-functional environment is preferred\n Why you should choose ZF in Malaysia Individual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
