can expect as a Program Launch Intern:\nSupport the tracking of project launch plans, schedules, and key milestones to ensure successful product introductions.\nCoordinate and follow up on activities with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production, Logistics, and Purchasing.\nMaintain project metrics, performance reports, and launch-related documentation.\nAssist in the implementation of Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs).\nSupport the preparation and maintenance of quality documentation such as FMEAs and Control Plans.\nParticipate in pilot builds, production trials, and process validation activities.\nAnalyze project status, risks, and improvement opportunities, and communicate findings to the team.\nContribute to continuous improvement and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives within a manufacturing environment.\nYour profile as a Program Launch Intern\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Production Systems Engineering, or a related field.\nUniversity insurance or medical insurance.\nIntermediate English proficiency.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).\nBasic knowledge of manufacturing processes and project management principles.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and
