Such as: Process Mapping, Throughput Time and Value Added operations, Constraint Management, Waste identification and reduction, Standard Operations, Inventory Pull Systems, 5S and Visual Factory, Process Design, VSA, VSD, OMA.\n\nFollow company HSE rules and report unsafe hazards or issues to HSE in time.\n\nResponsible for department employees’ safety and ensure HSE rules be followed.\n\nEnsure BBS and related HSE programs be implemented in department.\n\nSupport production and HSE to achieve company production and HSE KPIs.\n\nOthers tasked assigned by the head of ZF PS.\n\nYour Profile as Lean Promotion Engineer:\nAt least Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering\n\n5+ years in Lean / Continuous Improvement / Operational Excellence\n\nManufacturing environment\n\nLean Knowledge and Experience (VSA / VSD, 5S & Visual Factory, Continuous Improvement, SMED, Line Balance, 7MUDA etc.)\n\nGood English communication\n\nAutomotive experience is not necessary, but experience in manufacturing is must.\n\nWhy you should choose ZF?\nIndividual Growth: At ZF, you accelerate your career by working together across borders and cultures.
