This individual provides full administrative support to the Plant Controller and Director of Operations and/or staff managers.\nThe expected base compensation for this role is $98,000.00 - $128,000.00 annually. Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.\nWhat you can look forward to as a Principal Financial Analyst:\nResponsible for review of general ledger accounting, Forecasting A/R, A/P, Inventory-Cash Flow, Financial Statement preparation, budgeting and forecasting for the Marshall operation.\nZP8 Financial Reporting Transmission (ZF System)\nSAP P&L accounting.\nFinancial statement preparation.\nBudgeting and forecasting.Create budget for finance department.\nDevelop and review department budgets with department and staff managers & load into SAP.\n\nAssist in creation of Operating Plan (OP) and Strat-Plan (SP).\nKeep up to date on company standard practice instruction (SPI) changes.\nApproval access for SAP and other systems.\nMaintain Standard Costs for Raw Material and Sub-Assy/FG roll up daily.\nYear End Standard Cost Roll-up.\nCreate month-end reports.\nMaintain Internal Control System and report out on compliance to Division Finance.\nQuarterly/Year End E&Y Audit support.\nReport on the Financial Variances of:Cost Accounting\nManufacturing Variances\nFinancial reporting\n\nResponsible for the Month End Close function.\nSupport the annual physical inventory.\nProvide support as the payroll backup.\nComply with and support the health, safety, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures.\nIFRS Accounting under ZF\nAll employees are expected to adhere to and promote ZF’s commitment to quality, ensuring a culture of continuous improvement and zero defects in all aspects of their role.\nYour profile as Principal Financial Analyst:\nBS/BA concentration in accounting; MBA or CPA preferred.\n8 plus years of accounting experience preferred in a high-volume automated manufacturing environment which includes financial analysis.\nPrevious experience developing and delivering financial presentations.\nSAP FI-CO and Query experience a must.\nZP8 experience a plus.
