you can look forward to as Process Engineer EoL (m/f/d):\nExperience in a manufacturing environment, preferably as a Process, Production, or Industrial Engineer.\nKnowledge of Lean tools and problem-solving methods.\nGood command of English and proficiency in MS Office.\nExperience in electrical testing of equipment and analyzing test results.\nExperience working with industrial robots.\nExperience in the automotive industry.\nYour Profile as Process Engineer EoL(m/f/d):\nCreate and update process documentation, including process flows, work instructions, PFMEA, control plans, and process parameter sheets.\nMonitor downtime and scrap, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nImprove quality, ergonomics, cycle times, and equipment efficiency, including monitoring indicators such as OEE.\nSupport production teams in solving problems and training operators and technicians.\nParticipate in complaint analysis, prepare A3 reports, and support audit preparation.\nIntroduce and validate new processes and technologies, and support the installation, acceptance testing, and ramp-up of new equipment.\nCollaborate with design,
