Maintains planned productivity levels and meets operational and quality targets.\nWhat you can look forward to as Production Supervisor:\nMaintain a safety-first culture by upholding housekeeping standards, enforcing safety policies, reporting injuries, and resolving safety concerns promptly.\nMonitor production workflow, equipment, personnel, and resources to maintain productivity, quality, and on-time delivery targets.\nSchedule and assign work, establish priorities, track progress, adjust plans, resolve issues, and report shift production results.\nLead, motivate, train, and direct hourly employees to achieve safety, quality, and production goals.\nPartner with other departments to address material flow, equipment, and process-control issues.\nMonitor, evaluate, document, and address employee performance, including feedback, attendance, timecards, and annual review processes.\nResolve employee relations and personnel issues consistently and fairly while enforcing company policies and procedures.\nSupport compliance with work procedures, housekeeping, total preventative maintenance requirements, escalation processes, and Lean initiatives.\nYour Profile as Production Supervisor:\nHigh School Diploma / GED required.
