This role is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects that meet quality, cost, and timing targets while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, product management, and customer teams. The position also supports risk management and structured project execution processes.\nWhat you can look forward to as Project Manager:\nLead projects from planning through production launch. \nDevelop and manage schedules, budgets, and resource plans. \nCoordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. \nFacilitate reviews and ensure compliance with development and quality standards. \nMonitor project risks, issues, scope, and performance metrics. \nCommunicate project status and key updates to stakeholders. \nSupport prototype builds, engineering changes, and production readiness activities. \nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations. \nDrive continuous improvement and operational alignment. \nSupport successful transition into series production.\nYour Profile as Project Manager:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; PMP preferred. \n3-5 years experience project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives. \nExperience managing budgets, schedules, resources, risks, and stakeholders. \nStrong communication and presentation skills. \nKnowledge of manufacturing, engineering, and product development processes. \nProficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and SAP. \nUnderstanding of quality systems, ISO 9001, and continuous improvement methods. \nStrong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. \nAbility to work independently and influence diverse teams. \nExperience supporting product launches and change management activities. \nThe expected base compensation for this role is $97,800 - $122,300 annually.
