Fresh graduates with outstanding academic performance will also be considered.\nProfessional Skills: Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Excel) and CAD/CAE software is a plus. Familiar with project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, Agile) and quality management systems (ISO 9001).Strong understanding of engineering principles, technical drawing reading, and basic manufacturing processes. PMP certification is preferred, fluent in English listening, speaking, and writing. Can accept moderate business trips.\nCore Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
