The team collaborates with local and global stakeholders to maintain robust quality processes, support audit readiness, and promote a culture of operational excellence. This internship offers exposure to quality systems, digital transformation projects, and cross-functional collaboration in an international environment.\nWhat you can look forward to as a Quality Intern\nSupport the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 requirements.\n\nAssist in the creation, review, and maintenance of Quality Management System documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and process maps.\n\nSupport the communication and deployment of quality-related initiatives across the organization.\n\nParticipate in continuous improvement projects focused on process optimization, digitalization, and automation of quality activities.\n\nAnalyze quality data, prepare reports, and identify trends and improvement opportunities using Microsoft Office tools and AI-based solutions.\n\nSupport the implementation of global quality tools and local standard operating procedures.\n\nCollaborate with local and international teams through meetings, workshops, and quality-related activities.\n\nAssist in the design, development, and maintenance of quality training materials, with the opportunity to become a trainer for selected topics.\n\nYour Profile as a Quality Intern\nEnrolled in the last year of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration,
