You will apply strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills to uphold warranty agreements and drive continuous improvement across quality and warranty processes.\nWhat you can look forward to as Quality Lab Technician:\nCommunicate professionally with customers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate timely claim resolution.\nMaintain detailed records of customer returns and ensure all returned parts are properly logged, evaluated, and routed for engineering review.\nPartner with Receiving, Accounting, Customer Care, and the Warranty Manager on the receipt and processing of returned parts to support accurate payment, credit, or recovery activities.\nPerform parts evaluation, documenting findings clearly and preparing reports for Engineering to support root-cause analysis, warranty validation, and final part disposition decisions.\nSupport Engineering throughout the warranty evaluation cycle by providing data, physical part assessment results, and timely updates to enable quick and accurate disposition decisions.\nCollaborate closely with warranty administrative support to maintain consistent throughput of claims within customer-defined timelines.\nApply continuous-improvement mindset and methodologies to streamline processes, improve data integrity, and enhance overall warranty/quality performance.\nYour profile as Quality Lab Technician:\n1-3+ years of parts evaluation, data processing, and reporting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment\nAssociate's Degree \nExperience with warranty and quality processes\nProficiency with MS Excel and MS Word required\nNice to have knowledge of MiniTAB and MS Access / Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP\nStrong ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external customers\nBasic understanding of the 8D problem-solving process\nStrong desire for and knowledge of continuous improvement practices.
