The team works closely with distributors, repair shops, tire shops, automotive service specialists, and end customers to strengthen ZF’s market presence. Its activities combine field sales, customer development, market intelligence, technical coordination, and commercial reporting. The role collaborates with distributor sales teams and ZF’s Technical Services department to identify opportunities and promote sustainable growth.\nWhat you can look forward to as Indirect Sales Representative:\nVisit and support parts counters, tire shops, and workshops specializing in braking, suspension, and steering systems.\nConduct joint field activities with distributor sales teams to promote ZF brands among existing and prospective customers.\nDevelop strong commercial relationships with distributors, their sales teams, key customers, and relevant market channels.\nIdentify customer needs and translate them into value-added commercial, promotional, technical, and brand-development solutions.\nMonitor competitor activities, market conditions, pricing trends, opportunities, and potential threats to ZF’s market position.\nBuild and maintain regional databases of parts counters, tire shops, and specialized workshops by city, territory, and brand.\nPrepare periodic commercial reports, maintain accurate CRM records, and provide insights that support business decisions.\nSupport distributor events, sales promotions, customer training initiatives, and the onboarding of new accounts into workshop-affiliation programs.\nYour Profile as Indirect Sales Representative:\nTechnical qualification or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.\nProfessional experience in sales or commercial promotion, ideally within the automotive aftermarket or auto-parts industry.\nKnowledge of automotive products, distribution channels, market dynamics, and customer-development practices.\nStrong communication, negotiation, commercial presentation, and business-relationship management skills.\nCustomer-focused
