What you can look forward to as Senior Process Quality Engineer: Take ownership of process quality management on the production floor and ensure the achievement of quality targets. Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to prevent recurring quality issues. Manage and coach the PQE team while driving the effective implementation of quality systems, standards, and best practices. Facilitate process risk identification and prevention activities, and continuously improve PFMEA and Control Plans. Support new product and process launches, ensuring a smooth transition from project phase to serial production. Act as the key interface for customer quality requirements and complaints, leveraging data-driven insights to drive sustainable improvements. Lead the resolution of process quality issues across assembly operations, including tightening, press-fitting, assembly, leak testing, functional testing, and related manuf
