Be responsible for customer satisfaction.\nProvide maintenance service for the users of ZF products independently, accurately judge and effectively eliminate the failure, and provide timely, accurate and completed maintenance service report.\nBe familiar with ZF products and maintenance knowledge and could introduce to customers. Answer user technical questions. Explain to the customers what the root causes for the failures are and what need to be taken care of.\nCollect and report market information in the course of service. Continuously improve work efficiency, and ensure service quality.\nYour Profile as Service Engineer - Aftermarket:\nCollege degree or above, major in automotive or mechanical engineering or related engineering curriculum. Above 2 years working experience in automotive industry, better with repairing experiences.
