You will manage inbound and outbound freight activities and collaborate closely with logistics partners, carriers, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery. Additional responsibilities include:\nPrepare international/national ship packet documentation.\nSchedule truck pick-ups and inbound deliveries.\nPrepare documentation to comply customs standards.\nCreate product certificates and trade agreements.\nHandle freight quotes, Bill of Lading (BOL)/Letter of Authorization (LOA) request and customs forms.\nWork with non-stock orders and return orders.\nPerform related tasks and special projects as needed.\nYour profile as a Shipping & Receiving Clerk\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nStrong communication skills required.\nSAP and MS office suite proficiency. \nPrevious distribution center and customs experience preferred.\nPhysical demands : While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally required to stand, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools; or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop; kneel, crouch, or crawl; verbally communicate and hear safety indicators; breathe through a respirator.
