Month end closings and trial balance submissions to headquarters, including data and variances review\nPrepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual Financial reporting packages to Senior Management\nEnsure and improve internal controls based on Corporate Policy and Directives to keep clean internal and external audit reports\nCommunicates and educates other departments on the cost center spending and variances, change management tracking and quoting.\nCreates business cases and business models to provide a decision-making base for new business acquisition, support for offering programs / sales quoting to external customers.\nYour Profile as Financial Analyst:\nAccounting or Finance Degree.\n5-7 years as Financial Analyst.\n85-95% Bilingual English/Spanish.\nStrong analytical and problem solving.\nHigh attention to detail.\nA proactive approach with a dedication to teamwork.\nExcellent computer skills using MS Office.
