This position also partners with internal teams, plants, and technical specialists to resolve quality issues, develop testing methods, and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements.\nWhat you can look forward to as a Senior NVH Quality Engineer:\nSupport and comply with company corporate principles, quality requirements, and established business goals.\nMonitor manufacturing processes and assess product quality to ensure compliance with customer and company specifications.\nDevelop and maintain quality documentation, procedures, risk analyses, audit records, lessons learned, and evidence related to recalls, field returns, complaints, scrap, and rework.\nInterpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and measurement tools to support quality evaluations.\nAnalyze acoustic measurements and vehicle testing data to identify noise sources and transmission paths in automatic transmissions.\nDevelop correlations between acoustic serial test benches and automatic transmission behavior in vehicles.\nSupport noise testing set points, statistical analysis, test-result presentations, warranty investigations, and noise root-cause analysis.\nDrive continuous improvement of acoustic test methods, machine commissioning and acceptance, internal reject Pareto analysis, corrective actions, customer and plant support, and stop-note processing.\nYour profile as an NVH Quality Engineer:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering required; master’s degree in Engineering preferred.\n7-8+ years of engineering experience including at least 2 in a quality-related role. \nNVH engineering experience is required. \nExperience spent in a manufacturing environment is required; automotive industry experience preferred. \nStrong knowledge of problem-solving methodologies and quality tools.\nRecognized advanced problem-solving qualification preferred, such as Six Sigma Green Belt, Six Sigma Black Belt, or Shainin.\nExperience in a leadership or management role, with the ability to train and develop others.\nWhat We Offer:\nA supportive collaborative team environment\nAnnual Incentive Plan\nPaid Vacation\n401k Plan\nHealth Care Benefits\nPaid Holidays \nA strong diversity culture\nSupportive Employee Groups and community outreach activities\nBe part of our ZF team as Sr NVH Quality Engineer and apply now!\nContact\nMaria Jose Orta Diaz\nDIVERSITY COMMITMENT:\nDiversity, Equity and Inclusion are more than just words for us.
