for components in new projects and change management processes\nConduct technical reviews with suppliers to ensure compliance with quality and customer requirements\nLead and perform APQP activities with suppliers to achieve zero-defect targets for prototype, launch, and serial production parts\nDrive supplier escalation processes and coordinate corrective actions\nPlan and conduct VDA 6.3 second-party audits at supplier locations\nPerform Measurement System Analysis (R&R studies) at supplier sites\nSupport supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives\nAct as the quality interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders\nYour Profile as Supplier Development Engineer:\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a comparable technical field\nProfessional experience in the automotive industry with strong technical understanding\nSolid knowledge of IATF 16949 and Automotive Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA)\nExperience in conducting VDA 6.3 audits is considered an advantage\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nWillingness to travel approximately 30% to 50%
