You will work in an environment where innovation and continuous improvement are fundamental, which will motivate you to propose ideas and solutions.\nWhat can you look forward as SQA Engineer:\nSupports and complies with established Company’s Corporate Principles and goals.\nUnderstand and comply with Quality requirements such as automotive requirements\nProvide technical expertise related to specific commodities in support of supplier readiness activities, such as technological feasibility studies, evaluation of suppliers, discussion, and definition of criteria for the approved supplier list.\nProvide technical expertise related to specific commodities in support of supplier audits and problem solving/escalation.\nDevelop and maintain documents and procedures related to quality standards, risk analysis, lessons learned from product recalls, product audits, field returns and repairs, complaints, scrap, and rework, and retain documented information as evidence.\nInterpret prints and measurement tools (GD&T).\nProvide guidance to suppliers in the proper application of manufacturing methods and quality systems/tools. \nUtilize basic quality tools along with problem solving and lean manufacturing techniques in the support of continuous improvement, root cause analysis, corrective/preventive actions promoting lessons learned process at suppliers.\nInitiate, complete, and ensure proper conformity of engineering changes to quality standards.\n Trigger additional escalation levels as needed in order to protect internal and external customer.\nHave an auditor perspective including being part of the solution.\nYour profile as SQA engineer:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering \n 5-6 years of professional experience in Quality, Production, Logistics, Cost/Process Planning.\n Extensive expert knowledge of production methods of one or more commodities.\nStrong functional/product knowledge in problem solving methodology and techniques.\nAbility to train others.\nProven ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues, by using judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures \nProficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)\nProven creativity and analytical methods (i.e. Six Sigma) with a high-level of attention to detail\nExtensive knowledge of automotive quality core tools, including Statistical Process Control (SPC), PFMEA, and Control Plans, GR&R and MSA.\nAbility to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel and management\nExcellent English language competency -
