The Logistics Coordinator is part of the Supply Chain team and plays a key role in supporting plant logistics operations. This position works closely with Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, customers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient material flow, regulatory compliance, and on-time delivery performance while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.\nWhat you can look forward to as Logistics Coordinator:\nCoordinate domestic and international logistics activities to ensure efficient material flow and on-time customer deliveries.\nCreate, review, and distribute shipping and export documentation to customers, carriers, and third-party logistics providers (3PLs).\nCoordinate delivery schedules and logistics requirements directly with customers, including customer portals and transportation systems.\nPartner with Production Planning, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and logistics providers to support operational requirements.\nDefine packaging requirements and ensure compliance with customer-specific packaging standards and transportation regulations.\nMonitor logistics performance and support continuous improvement initiatives across end-to-end supply chain processes.\nServe as a key plant contact for logistics-related topics and support cross-functional projects as assigned.\nBuild strong working relationships with customers, carriers, and internal teams to support service excellence and operational performance.\nYour Profile as Logistics Coordinator:\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field preferred.\n1+ years experience of logistics, manufacturing, inventory management, or transportation.\nFamiliarity with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred but not required.\nKnowledge of shipping documentation, customer requirements, packaging concepts, and transportation processes.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.\nGood analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, customers, and logistics partners.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.\nAbility and willingness to learn new systems, processes, and logistics concepts.\nContinuous improvement mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future. \nThe expected base compensation for this role is $51,800 - 64,800 annually.
