The role includes preparation of technical documentation, programming and optimization of machining operations, as well as continuous support to production within the Toolshop.\nWhat you can look forward to as Toolshop Construction Engineer:\nCreation of 2D technical drawings and 3D models for machined parts\nDefinition and optimization of machining processes (milling, turning, grinding, cutting) and CNC programming using CAD/CAM systems\nSelection of materials, cutting tools, machining parameters, and clamping methods\nPreparation and regular updating of technical documentation, procedures, and work instructions\nProviding technical support to machine operators and ensuring quality control of manufactured parts\nSupporting maintenance team in resolving technical issues\nMonitoring the condition of tools and materials and initiating procurement when needed\nContinuous improvement of production processes to increase productivity and reduce costs\nWorking within SAP PM system\nMaintaining records and preparing reports\nImplementation and improvement of standards such as 5S and TPM\nProposing and implementing improvements in processes and business operations\nYour Profile as Toolshop Construction Engineer:\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering\nMinimum 3 years of experience in similar roles within toolshop or production environment\nKnowledge of machining technologies: milling, turning, grinding, cutting, bending\nExperience working with conventional and CNC machines\nKnowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Autodesk Inventor, Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or similar)\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and documentationHigh level of accuracy, responsibility, and
