worldwide.\nWe are hiring a Trainer Intern to join our team in Ciudad Juárez.\nWhat you can expect as a Trainer Intern:\nSupport training activities for production operators and ensure compliance with established training procedures.\nAssist with onboarding and training of new operators in their assigned work areas.\nGenerate and maintain training records, documentation, and evidence of completed training sessions.\nTrain operators on workstation documentation, formats, and operational procedures.\nCommunicate area performance metrics and support continuous improvement initiatives.\nTrain personnel according to Operational Method Sheets (OMS) using the 4-Step Training Method.\nVerify that operators correctly perform processes, understand critical quality and safety points, and properly complete required documentation.\nEnsure all training activities are accurately recorded in the corresponding systems and formats.\nSupport cross-training activities when operators change workstations or operations within the production area.\nPromote compliance with safety procedures, TPM requirements, and personal protective equipment standards.\nYour Profile as a Trainer Intern\nCurrently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.\nUniversity insurance or medical insurance.\nBasic English proficiency.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and
